Attention LADIES

I have always been passionate about girls and women learning to chart their cycle and learn their body better. In fact, I believe this should be taught in schools to girls so can learn to understand all the things going on in their bodies as they grow up and mature.

I've been charting for five years and have learned so much, and continue to learn.

I'm hosting a zoom call Monday at noon. It will be a Fertility Awareness Q & A, and I will discuss the basics and the apps that I use and why.
